These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rutiner mobile application ("App"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using Rutiner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Rutiner is a personal habit tracking application that allows you to create habits, track daily completions, view statistics and streaks, maintain a journal, and receive motivational reminders.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You retain ownership of all content you create in Rutiner, including habit names, journal entries, notes, and photos. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content back to you as part of the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you create. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Rutiner offers an optional premium subscription ("Rutiner+") that unlocks unlimited habits, categories, journal entries, and detailed statistics. Two plans are available:
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. If you cancel, you retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
Prices are set in Apple's App Store and may vary by region. Apple may notify you of price changes; continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new price. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
We strive to keep Rutiner available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are encouraged to regularly export your data using the built-in export feature. We are not liable for data loss.
The Rutiner app, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Rutiner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or be available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
